For dough:
2 cups of flour
2.5 cups of milk
1 egg
1 C. L. Sololi

200 ml of chocolate sauce

1 cup flour

Cooking process:

For pancakes:
500 grams of milk
5 eggs

Boiling water

Cooking process:
1. We connect to a homogeneous liquid mixture of milk, eggs, salt and sugar, if necessary. After that we introduce starch and vegetable oil. The mixture must be very carefully stirred so that there are no lumps. The dough must be liquid consistency.
2. On a very hot pan bake pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side. Before baking the first pancake, it is better to lubricate a frying pan with a slice of a bass or vegetable oil.
3. For filling ground poppy in a coffee grinder, pour a small amount of boiling water and add sugar. Mass should be consistency like a thick porridge. Cover with a lid and leave for 30-40 minutes.
4. Add a filling inside the pancake and roll the roll.
