1 kg of currants
1 kg of sugar
1 glass of water
6 branches of lavender

Cooking process:

Apricot Jam with Anis

Ingredients (per 1 kg of purified apricots):

Cooking process:

5 kg of sugar

Cooking process:
1. At the gooseberry cut both tail. Convenient to do it with manicure scissors. Cut oranges and lemons for slices. Oranges with zest, lemons without a zest, and both – without bones.
2. Oranges, lemons and gooseberries pass through a meat grinder.
